Robert Wall abefb90db2 Re-add missing . at the end of !retract response.

Minor change requested by someone in #wolfgame a while ago. The old
!retract message ended in a period, and it's still there in the logger
message, but the new in-channel message didn't have one.

Use Python 3.2 (3.1 doesn't work)
configure botconfig.py by following the example in botconfig.py.example
if desired, configure settings/wolfgame.py to modify game settings
run wolfbot.py
